If you want to avoid store-bought vegan mayos that contain many preservatives, but want to retain the same texture and taste then this recipe is for you! You can store the mayonnaise in a mason jar and keep it it the fridge up to one month.
What you’ll need:
- ½ cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 cup grapeseed oil (olive oil works too)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp agave (or another sweetened of your choice)
- ¼ tsp dry mustard (or ½ tsp Dijon mustard)
- ¾ tsp salt
