In this video, Olga from Fab Lunch shares a recipe of homemade Vegan Mayonnaise that is very simple and delicious! If you want to avoid store-bought vegan mayos that contain many preservatives, but want to retain the same texture and taste then this recipe is for you! You can store the mayonnaise in a mason jar and keep it it the fridge up to one month.

What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 cup grapeseed oil (olive oil works too)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp agave (or another sweetened of your choice)
  • ¼ tsp dry mustard (or ½ tsp Dijon mustard)
  • ¾ tsp salt
