  • 1¼ cup (200g) pitted dates, or about 10 dates
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2½ cups (375g) toasted and peeled hazelnuts
  • 6 ounces (170g) 100% dark chocolate

  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons (190g) maple syrup

  • ⅔ cup of quinoa (2 cups of cooked quinoa)
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • 1⅓ applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ¾ cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa/cacao
