1. No-Bake Chewy Brownies

Vegan By: Hot Chocolate Hits

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup nuts (walnuts)
  • 6 tbsp (30 g) raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (225 g) soft dates (such as Medjool) pitted
  • 2-4 tbsp almonds, roughly chopped (for crunch) + more for garnish  (optional)

For the chocolate ganache frosting:

  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or any other sweetener (for a sweeter ganache, use 2 tbsp syrup)

2. Sweet Potato Brownies

What you’ll need:

  • 500g of sweet potatoes (about 2 medium)
  • 12 medjool dates
  • 6 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
  • 100g of ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100g of ground oats
  • 6 tablespoons of raw cacao powder

For the icing:

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder

3. 4 Ingredient Brownies

What you’ll need:

  • 15 fresh medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 free-ranged eggs
  • 1/3 cup cold-pressed coconut oil (melted)

Optional ingredients (to make them even tastier):

  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground vanilla powder/ pure extract

4. Brownies with Greek Yogurt

What you’ll need:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips separated
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (brown sugar can be substituted)
  • 3/4 cup oat flour just blend regular oats in your blender

Optional Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk or whatever milk you have on hand
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3/4- 1 & 1/4 cups powdered sugar

What you’ll need:

  • ¾ cup maple syrup or honey
  • ½ cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (can also use butter, mashed banana, or applesauce)
  • 2 tbsp milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 flax eggs (5 tbsp ground flax + 15 tbsp water) or 5 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda

6. White Chocolate Chips Brownies with Bananas

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cups or 170g ground almonds
  • 10 tbsp cacao powder or 100g 100% raw cacao powder (sugar free)
  • 15 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder (gluten free version available)

For the homemade white chocolate chips:

  • 90g cashew butter
  • 110g cacao butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

For the chocolate frosting:

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp honey (for a vegan option use marple syrup instead of honey)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 5 ounces (43g) (1/3 cup chopped) 100% dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup (51g) melted coconut oil
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons (58g) maple syrup
  • ¼ cup (40g) coconut sugar
  • ½ cup (51g) pumpkin flour/powder or blanched almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup (55g) 70% dark chocolate, chopped (optional)

  • 2 tbs avocado or 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 heaping tablespoons raw cacao
  • 1 tbs tapioca flour
  • pinch himalayan salt

For the Caramel:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

 

9. Flourless Black Beans Brownies

  • 5 can black beans (drained)
  • 1/2 cup cacao
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Stevia in the raw (if you prefer not to use sweetener, substitute with 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup organic, raw honey but remember it will change the macronutrients)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper**
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (at least 60% cacao)

  • 2 small bananas, mashed
